In our dry cleaning process, the type of fabric and the condition of the stain are evaluated first. Then, the appropriate solvent or organic detergent is used, and professional stain removal steps are applied if needed. The delivery time usually ranges from 24 to 72 hours.

What items are accepted for your laundry service?

Our industrial and household laundry services include items such as bed sheets, duvets, towels, mattress protectors, tablecloths, and commercial textiles. We especially offer large-scale laundry solutions for hotels and restaurants.

How can I use your ironing service?

After the cleaning process, your items are ironed under proper heat and pressure to restore their original form. Temperature and steam levels are adjusted according to the type of fabric.

What does your tailoring service include?

Our tailoring service covers a wide range of alterations such as hemming, zipper replacement, minor stitching repairs, as well as custom tailoring and garment adjustments.

Do you offer services for corporate clients?

Yes. We provide professional laundry, dry cleaning, and ironing services for hotels, restaurants, spas, offices, and other organizations. Regular pickup and delivery schedules can be arranged upon request.

Yes. Stubborn stains such as wine, oil, or coffee are pre-treated using special stain removal solutions chosen based on the fabric type. An additional fee may apply for this service.

How are pickup and drop-off services handled?

Customers may either drop off their items at our store or benefit from our door-to-door pickup and delivery service. The process can be scheduled according to your convenience.
